Sport has the power to transform the lives of girls and young women from deprived areas. Silverfish Media is running a campaign to empower girls through football. Featuring AFC Leyton an East London club, sponsored by Silverfish Media, this promo is a message from girls for girls about the power of football. Shot over a day and a half, with a Arri Amira kit, the film achieves a very current cinematic-documentary aesthetic. In support of the film’s cause, Major Lazer agreed to donate use of the commercial soundtrack.
