Former boxing champ Ricky Hatton talks candidly about his battle with depression, urging others suffering with it to speak out and seek help.

Silverfish FIlms worked with Men’s Health to produce this film as part of the magazine’s #MendTheGap campaign promoting a “Healthy Body, Healthy Mind”.

It was filmed on location at Hatton Health and Fitness in Hyde, Greater Manchester where Ricky now trains up-and-coming fighters.
